These Terms govern your use of the Jump Auth platform provided by Jump Technologies, S.L. (“Jump”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.

Minimum age: you must be at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction) to use Jump Auth. In accordance with Article 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018, we do not accept consent-based processing for users under 14 years of age under any circumstance.

1. Service

Jump Auth provides multi-tenant authentication, authorisation and SSO between Jump products. Service availability targets and contractual SLAs are documented in the customer order form.

2. Account & security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for administrative roles.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass rate limiting or audit logging.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Jump Auth for any unlawful purpose, to attack other systems, or to process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) without a separate agreement.

4. Data processing

Jump processes personal data exclusively in the European Union. The data processing terms (Art. 28 GDPR) are part of the customer order form and are publicly summarised in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, except for liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination we will return or delete personal data in accordance with the retention schedule documented in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
